Isle of Dogs Wellbeing Walk

Join us for a social walk along the River Thames foreshore from Poplar Rowing Club to Folly House Beach. This is a great opportunity to socialise and explore your local stretch of river.

The walk will be casual and slow paced allowing people to take their time and enjoy the river space and sights.

Please bring Wellies or sturdy boots as the foreshore can get very muddy.
