Hello I am very sorry but this event has been cancelled. Unfortunately the roads through the RSPB site have become impassable due to the amount of rainfall over the last week. This event will be rearranged in the next couple of months.
Join the MSEP and David Saunders (RSPB Volunteer Warden) for the 9th Thames Plastic Clean Up.
We will meet at the entrance to car park (by the walk in entrance) at 10.30am

To gain access to the shoreline volunteers will need to drive into the site on an unmade road. The terrain is not too bad but if you do not feel comfortable driving your car a lift share will be available.
Once on site the foreshore is accessed by metal ladders over a 4ft seawall. The cleaning area is uneven so sturdy footwear is required so wellies are not suitable
