Location Request Form

Use the following form to request a new location be added to the map. Further guidance for event organisers can he found here.

Please request your location at least one week in advance of a planned clean-up.

    To PLA,

    I would like to request to carry out a litter clean-up event at a new location.

    Within this, I have attached a site-specific risk assessment and method statement for the clean-up event proposed.

    The attached risk assessment and method statement should include details of:
    • Number of access points to the location
    • Maximum number of people allowed at the site
    • Distance you will be walking
    • Safety equipment and PPE
    • Available welfare facilities (facilities to clean hands after event/ method for dealing with sharp objects)
    • Control measures for risks and safety
    • Specific health and safety hazards for the site

    I acknowledge that my request for a new location is not guaranteed and the PLA retain the right to refuse permission to access their land.
